This is my second move with Zenith Moving NYC, and I highly recommend them. To their credit, the owners were involved with every aspect of each move, which included, prior to the move, an in-person, pre-move inspection, a written appraisal, and a timely and complete submission of all the required documentation for the building managers. On moving day, the logistics, which were carried out by a very diligent crew of movers, were very smooth. These movers arrived at each place on time, worked with building staff at each end, packed up and moved everything very efficiently, and they were careful with my possessions. I particularly appreciated their integrity and professionalism throughout the process. There were none of the mysterious cost increases, additional materials fees or ongoing disputes while the move was taking place, all of which I had unfortunately encountered with other moving companies. Of particular note, Kiko is knowledgeable about every aspect of the moving business. He is an excellent, clear communicator and was responsive to all of my issues and concerns. I therefore was fully confident that moving would be successful and stress free. Similarly, Dominic called me the day before the move and went over everything in detail one last time, which I really appreciated. This is a stellar moving company run by the pros!!!

I moved at the end of December from Manhattan to the Bronx during a very tight end-of-year window, with all the usual co-op COI and insurance requirements. After receiving quotes from several large, well-known moving companies in the $1,500–$2,500 range, a neighbor recommended Zenith Movers, and I’m incredibly glad they did.

I worked with senior consultant Dominic Kostic, who was professional, relaxed, and extremely efficient. Unlike other companies, he didn’t require an in-person or Zoom walkthrough—we handled everything by phone and email. He was flexible about box counts and very reassuring. Once I agreed to the quote, Dominic had the COIs completed and sent to both buildings within 10 minutes, before I even put my card on file.

Zenith also provides free wardrobe boxes on move day, which was a huge help. Other large moving companies wanted me to work with 3rd party bin companies or would require me to purchase wardrobe boxes I would never use again. My clothes were packed, transported, and rehung with great care by the Zenith team and the boxes could be reused- a win for me and the environment!

Pricing: $495 total for my studio move (with a small discount), which was a fraction of the other quotes I received.
Communication: Excellent—Dominic checked in before the move, the day before, and throughout move day.

The moving team—Hassan, Alex, and Roberto—was exceptional. Hassan led the move with professionalism, efficiency, and kindness. They arrived on time, have me 15 min notice as Dominic said they would, parked exactly as instructed, and handled all of my belongings as if they were their own. They were also wonderful with building staff and other tenants, communicating respectfully with security, doormen, porters, and supers, and being especially considerate of my nonagenarian and septuagenarian neighbors in both buildings.

Despite elevator issues, holiday traffic, and a strict 4:30 PM move-in cutoff at my new co-op, they finished early. Everything was carefully wrapped, nothing was damaged, and they didn’t leave until every box, rug, and piece of furniture was placed exactly where I wanted it—including rehanging my clothes from the wardrobe boxes.

I’ve moved in NYC before with companies that charged far more, complained abt my heavy leather couch and caused damage to my furniture. Zenith Movers was the complete opposite: efficient, careful, and genuinely kind.

Had a wonderful experience with Zenith. From the initial consultation, Ema and Kiko were informative and regularly communicative. They’re organized, and the pricing structure is clear (and reasonable). I had an interstate move, and the movers (led by Paco) were insanely efficient and followed instructions to a T. Not to mention, they’re all just pleasant people.

Superb experience. Moving is always stressful, but Zenith made it as painless as possible. We used full-service approach that included packing, which was handled by experienced and personable crew who worked efficiently and with great care. Everything arrived safely, without a single item damaged. While not the cheapest option, their professionalism, organization, and attention to detail made the experience well worth it.
