These guys were great. We had a lot of very valuable artwork and a giant antique player piano. They were handled with care and arrived at the destination in great shape. I think the price was very fair for the amount of work they did and the weight of some of the items. Took so much stress off of us as we get ready to close down an old house. Would definitely use again.
They did an amazing job during our two prior moves. This was our third move with them. Highly recommend them to all of our friends. There are issues with any move, but this is the first company that really went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and we were 100% satisfied at the end.
I highly recommend this wonderful moving company.. I have used their services 3 times and they exceed all expectations. The young gentlemen are exceptional and highly trained to handle antiques, furniture, or boxes with great care. The truly impressive detail that also sets them apart is the speed in which the work, truly a sight to behold. They literally run from truck to door between pick up of items to and from home to truck. LET THEM pack your fragile items, or crate glass tops or mirrors if needed. I have used high end services out of state , and Meathead is exceptional . I had an urgent situation and called Meathead Movers between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. this morning. David and Leon arrived around 2:00 p.m. and worked until almost 8:00 p.m., packing and moving the majority of my belongings in one day.They were professional, respectful, well spoken, and extremely diligent. They worked efficiently without rushing, handled my items with care, and stayed focused the entire time. Their attitude remained calm and solution-oriented, even under time pressure.I truly appreciated their work ethic and professionalism. I will absolutely be hiring them again for all my future moving needs. Highly recommend David and Leon.
Although our signed agreement stated the moving crew would arrive on 9/27 to pack, they did not. Instead they came on 9/28 to both pack and move a 1,950 sq/ft home. They were rushed and did not pack with care. The technician who prepared the agreement also said dresser a d desk drawers would be provided packing material to ensure items were protected this was not done and items moved during transportation and some fell to the back of drawers to the point that now we cannot close drawers. Artwork was covered but handled carelessly and some are damaged or broken.Even a new sofa pillow is missing. The crew who moved us were strong but needed better training to avoid the situations I mentioned. And sales people should be more honest on dates and services provided. We will not use Meathead Movers again and are letting others know not to use you either. Extremely disappointed.
