We chose to use this company during our first move out of the military. As service members we've moved many times and know basically what to expect. No company is perfect and some items will break.This company was terrible and highly unprofessional from the start. They miss estimated the quote multiple times, we forced them to fix and account for the large home. After this we paid for 2 days of moving with 1 truck and a full crew, they deleted the 2nd day without warning or refund. The crew was the most unprofessional ever. They smoked, cursed, took of their shirts, threw trash in gardens, broke items during packing, and took excessive amounts and duration of breaks.This caused the crew to work until 1130pm since they deleted day 2, making our family suffer through a 16 hour day. In the end they also failed to complete the move result in our family having to rent a Uhal and finish the move ourselves. Never due business with this corrupt company!!
Jarrod Brown, Justin, and one more young man, did a wonderful job for my family today. They were on time, moved quickly, took great care of all of our stuff. They even set the bed back up for me. It is no way we could of moved without them today. I can't lift much after my back surgery, so these guys took care of all of the heavy lifting. Thanks for everything. Highly recommend you for future moves.
All My Son’s was great! Daquon Oliver, Louis Valdes and team were great! They were very efficient, professional and packed our 5 bedroom house with lots of care. All our goods were delivered perfectly the next day. Everything they disassembled they carefully reassembled. We are still unpacking all our boxes and finding everything in great shape. I rate them highly for cost and service!
I trusted your team to move me locally from a 2 bedroom apartment to my new condo. The two person crew showed up to my apartment at 8 am. I was only moving some of the things out of my apartment. It was not excessive and I don’t own heavy furniture. All of my furniture is standard furniture. I watched as they slowly packed my things up. I grew concerned because it was starting to take an excessive amount of time. When we got to the almost 8 hour mark I decided to lock up and head to the new location because at that point I felt that I the very slow pace was purposeful since I paying an hourly rate. I fully understand that weather was a factor however it was raining when they arrived and if they felt as if that would add multiple hours to the job then they should have been upfront with me. I contact Kevin out of concern because again they were taking an excessive amount of time to load a two bedroom apartment into the truck, and again there was no dining room furniture being moved. Only one mattress set because I’m getting a new one. I only had a small sectional, coffee table and entertainment console that none of which were excessive or considered heavy furniture. Here it is 5:39pm and they are just getting to my new home which is only 30 minutes away. They tell me it’s over $3200.00. I reached out to Kevin again because I feel that this is incredibly unfair! Kevin then called back and offered to discount to the fuel of 250. I did not accept that because again this was totally unfair and the expectations were set that I would have a team come in to swiftly move me. I told Kevin that I wanted to speak with someone else and he refused stating he was the highest person in charge which I know is untrue. Then I told Kevin that I wanted to communicate my concerns to corporate so I asked for his first and last name with his title and the branch he was in charge of. He refused and hung up on me. If you don’t have recordings of the call then I do. I had SO many options as far as moving companies but I wanted to try something new before I started to tell all my clients about the service. After this treatment I cannot use you all with my clients because the local team does not know how to treat people. Kevin’s condescending attitude, his over talking, his blatant disrespect, he even ignored me for a moment while he proceeded to cook or something in the background, again, some operations manager! He finally gave me Jeremy’s first name and stated he was actually the highest person I could talk to but he wouldn’t be available until Monday. I asked for his title and Kevin said I could discuss that with him when I talked to him. I asked again and Kevin said, he’s a man of many of titles…what? I threatened to take my stuff back to the garage and I told him to take it. It’s about process and principle! I need a call from someone because I still would like a discount on what I paid….this is turning into a 10-12 hour day! For a small 2 bedroom apartment under 900 sq ft. I am prepared to take this to BBB. Update!!! They did not set any of my things in the correct areas they put it in the closest rooms to the doors, my couch is damaged, my desk is damaged, A box containing 8-10 pair of Nike shoes are missing!!! They are trying to say that the 1000.00 discount from Saturday is to cover all damages and inconveniences which is not right because that 1000.00 was given for the issue of the 8 hour loading time, at that time I had no idea about the damaged and missing items and I had no idea that they would leave my home in disarray!! They are SCAMMERS! The customer care in corporate are unhelpful! Please please please think twice before you hire these people they will make an already stressful move even more stressful. I feel so disgusted and violated! This is my HOME AND THINGS THAT I WORK HARD FOR!!!!!!!!! Pictures showing how they left my home and some damages. Multiple stop move! my storage unit was closed but the guys still moved my apartment. They then proceeded to my other property and then the storage unit. They packed everything nicely and insulated all the furniture with blankets and padding. The workers were quick and accurate and always came to me for any questions of stuff being moved or anything that was damaged they told me.
