This maybe a bit lengthy but it’s been a while since I have encountered such stellar customer service! I had to make an emergency move from NC to VA, Karl and his guys showed up and were extremely professional and efficient. They moved me in a few hours with an impending severe snow storm coming and displayed nothing but understanding and empathy the entire time! The truck I rented was not large enough but they offered to use their truck without up charging me. They went above and beyond what was required and I could not be more grateful!
