Reviews frequently mention careful handling, with items wrapped and protected and floors kept clean. Many customers highlight punctuality, quick work, and friendly crews. Several note responsive scheduling and flexibility around tight closing dates. A small number of reviews mention issues or damage, but these appear uncommon compared to the volume of positive feedback.
I was really skeptical about hiring movers but the guys from Bruno’s were professional, quick, and efficient. They were very respectful and careful with our things. We had new carpets in our new house and they even went the extra mile to take their shoes off when going into those rooms. Really incredible experience, we appreciate it so much. Thanks guys!
Owner was Very easy to work with! I told him I needed him to move the hot tub on Saturday and he got me scheduled monday! Amazing! they’re even arrived early when they showed up and the guys were well prepared you can tell they had experience! They wrapped everything professional as well And we’re very cautious with the move. I would recommend them to anybody in Western York that needs moving services. Thank you. Cheers
We used Bruno and his crew to move our home and they were outstanding. They were friendly and polite and fun to work with and very careful with our belongings. In addition, we had a very demanding closing date and Bruno was very flexible with changing his schedule to make sure we could keep ours, My wife and I would recommend him to anyone we know.
We are happily settled into our new home in Lewiston and want to thank and recommend Bruno's Niagara Movers. Our crew, Justin, Zach and Andy did a fabulous job! And kept smiling, upbeat and helpful despite the rain ... nothing dampened our spirits. We had several large furniture items and they were amazing ... even through tight doorways and up and down stairs. We are getting ready for the Lewiston 10 mile garage sale, and they worked with us as we sorted the items by location and space needs. They were amazing! Hats off to Joe, the owner, who followed up from the get go on a Sunday morning to meet with us in our home to set up our contract. Courteous, prompt, on time and no surprises at the end. We've had other not so pleasant moving experiences in the past when moving my Mom and were careful this time ... choosing Joe and Bruno's have renewed our faith in the industry. Thank you guys! We recommend Bruno's Movers for your moving needs ... local (as we are) or out of state like our neighbor nearby. Call Bruno's! They're busy (a good thing) but will accommodate your needs. Photos of getting our TV cabinet in! A labor of love! ??
I will start off by saying I have been debating for a month to leave this review, but continuing to walk by the damage that was left to both my house and my items continues to upset me each day. I understand moving can be stressful, but add in my mom passing out, being unresponsive, having to perform CPR and having a completely broken face 1.5 weeks before the moves adds on another level. We selected Bruno’s because he made it easy and ensured us a successful move..but what we got was anything less than that.To start they were late, and sent 3 guys as promised, and I am not sure how to correctly say this but one was his father who suffered a heart attack weeks before our move, and while we was nice and great to talk to, he was unable to help with most parts of the move and felt like he didn’t assist but actually slowed down the progress. While you can say we had a lot of items, we never tried to hide that fact from you and when I asked if an inventory of our items was needed I was told they were not. They were supposed to start at 10a, the first load was brought to our house around 5:30p. At this point we knew it was late in the day and my husband, myself and two friends did a lot of the unloading. When the fridge did not fit in our door, it was us that removed the doors both on the house and the fridge, and we did not have them assemble a single item in the new house. The second load got to our house around midnight, and this drop off nothing came in the house expect a few heavier items. But mostly everything was left on our patio. During the second run, my husband was getting texts from Bruno and he basically said they were done. It was not worth our fight, as we were already in a super stressful situation. The next day we had to rent our own 26 foot moving truck and finish our move, which a lot of items were left. While speaking to guys when unpacking the trucks I did ask them if this was a larger move or something unexpected due to the time it was taking. During the first drop off they told me another truck was already on their third trip of the day, things just did not seem right. So onto the damage. At our new house, both couches have ripped leather, office desk has large deep scratches, cedar bed has large deep scratches, cedar chest has multiple large deep scratches, blinds have scratches, window frames has chunks of wood missing and our kitchen counter was messed up. I either watched this happen or in the case of the kitchen counter was told it happened. This is just some of the damage to our larger items that were pretty expensive. But again with the texts we were getting, and how late in the day this was, and having to worry about my mom, none of this was worth getting into. When I arrived to our previous house the next day to help move the items left, my jaw hit the floor when I saw the amount of ceiling and wall damage that occurred there. It was absolutely heartbreaking to see the amount of damage at a place I loved for 19+ years. While I understand I have not spoke out until now, I am still upset and angry with how this move happened. We picked Bruno because of how comforting he was leading into the move and also due to the amazing reviews, and our experience fell very short of this.
