The delivery was supposed to be between 11:00 & 12:00 with a 2 hour window each way. We made arrangements for someone to be home. By 2:00 no one showed up or called so we called so we could get an ETA. The driver then called and said around 4:00 and would someone still be home. They came at 4:00. Two guys were pleasant and professional. I would suggest the office better coordinate delivery times with their drivers, and someone should call with an ETA if they can't make their delivery time. The delivery fee was very reasonable.

Very professional. We were given a window arrival time and they arrived within that time frame and received advanced notice via text as well. Highly recommend their service and would not hesitate to hire them again. Moved a sectional from the basement to the main floor and a lazy boy recliner from the main floor to the basement. Heavy pieces! Fair pricing as well! Love this company!
