Delivered on time and friendly staff. I appreciated the phone call and text with the scheduled delivery window, however I would have liked a call or text also when they are 1/2 hr away or so.
Jeff Williams is a terrible manager for the local Indianapolis Branch. Had to talk with corporate 3 times to explain their electronic notifications for rescheduling were not sending new notifications properly. If they were, I would have never had to call. He called me a liar and hung up on me. He should be removed from his position as well as his receptionist. Very unprofessional
I previously had a great experience with this company when it was Morse Moving, so I wanted to use them again for a local move. Unfortunately, things seem to have changed since the sale. I worked with Trycia, who was very nice in person when she came to give us an estimate, but communication after that was extremely poor. I had to reach out multiple times with no response, and only after contacting the main office did I get her to follow up. She said she would send the quote by the end of the day, but it didn’t arrive until I chased again the following day.After finally receiving the quote, I had several questions, but none of my messages were ever answered. At that point, it felt like there was little effort to earn my business, which was disappointing considering my great past experience with them. Because of the lack of communication, I ultimately went with another moving company. I can’t speak on their moving services, but I can say the communication was frustrating and far below what I expected.
Great guys, Smiling face at my door and a big wave from the truck from the other gentleman. Very nice very polite. Certainly knew what they were doing, Polite, careful bringing my order in, no banging into walls or doors. I like to talk and they were very friendly. Good experience all around! By the way, these gentlemen, had names-Theo and Marwin. Karen White
