Fred’s Senior Moving Service, LLC delivered an outstanding experience from start to finish. The team arrived early due to possible weather concerns, and from the moment they stepped in, their professionalism and positive attitude set the tone for the day.

While we didn’t require traditional packing, Elizabeth led the team responsible for prepping and coordinating items — removing televisions from the walls, ensuring everything was wrapped correctly, and managing the careful movement of belongings down the stairs. Her team (Eunice, Jasmine, Lydia, and Margaret) worked seamlessly with Jessie’s loading crew to move more than 200 boxes of our belongings. After living in the same home for 32 years, you collect a lot, and their coordination made the process look effortless.

Jessie led the loading crew — Ryan, Minel, Jalen, and John — and together the two teams operated like a single, well-organized unit. They navigated a two-story home, heavy furniture, narrow stairwells, and sensitive items with steady communication and real teamwork. They took exceptional care with my entire upstairs craft room, moving equipment, storage units, and supplies with precision. They even disassembled our treadmill to get it into the new house and reassembled it perfectly once inside.

When Fred completed the initial assessment, he estimated the move could take up to two full days. This incredible team completed everything in a single day using two trucks (with a third available as backup). Their efficiency and coordination were remarkable.

While the cost of our move was $8,000 — higher than all competitors — it was worth every penny. They handled my husband’s two-car garage full of tools and his large CNC machine with expertise and care. Every item arrived at our new home in exactly the same condition it left our old one.
