First, my phone contact, Ann, was unbelievably kind. My closing changed several times, & it was so nice to have her as my contact person. While I was panicking, she was always calm & accommodating. The movers, Cody and Chris, were also just excellent. They arrived on time, & they finished, absolutely everything, in a blazing fast, yet very careful, way. Bonus: they were super fun to work with. I can't recommend this company highly enough!
My experience this time was so terrible that I can't stress enough to go with a different company.Ann, the office manager was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I have her voicemail and would attach it here if reviews permitted that.I was told that I would receive a phone call prior to the movers arriving. I waited this morning and didn't receive one. Then I called was informed that the movers were there waiting for 45 minutes and that I was responsible for paying for that time they waited because someone wrote my phone number incorrectly.When I called, Ann said "normal people" would be where they are supposed to be.They decided to have three movers and NEVER informed me. They moved the same stuff from my old house to the storage with 2 movers. Costing me $77 more per hour more than anticipated. I didn't authorize an additional mover.The owner came to my house last time to give me a quote and left his business card. I have misplaced it (while moving) and Ann refuses to give me his contact info.
I had such an incredible experience with this moving company! From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and stress-free. They are a family-owned business, and you can really feel the pride and care they put into their work.Chris and his crew deserves a huge shoutout — every single person was friendly, respectful, and incredibly hardworking. They handled everything with care and made the move so much easier than I expected.I couldn’t have asked for a better team to help on such an important day. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a moving company you can truly trust
These guys are amazing. Their staff is so kind and so easy to work with. Don’t go with those big guys because you want this family owned business. And they treat their employees well and you can tell that their employees love working for them. They were very accommodating, moved all of my things, including Antiques without any issues. I would definitely use them again.
Chris, Cody, and Blake just moved our large pieces to our new residence. This was something that I’ve been DREADING since we had come to the conclusion of using a professional mover. They were FANTASTIC! They listened to all of my needless concerns and never once made me feel like I was a bother or a pest! They also worked well as a team which made me more comfortable as well. If you need movers, these are your guys!!! Ann is one of the office ladies that I worked with, and I swear that woman was a god-send! Their prices are right and their service is even better!!!
