Recent reviews often mention punctual arrivals, helpful pre-move communication, and fast, careful crews. Some customers note added costs for packing supplies when items aren’t boxed. A portion of long-distance move reviews cite concerns about handling, crushed boxes, or damage claims and follow-up. Pricing clarity and estimate communication are praised by some and questioned by others, suggesting the value of confirming details in advance.
The two movers i had were so great! They arrived on time and had good communication before arrival so I knew they were on the way. They were fast and careful with my stuff. Everything had to be in a box, even bags of clothes and stuff like that, which I did not know so they packed them for me. Which was very nice but also cost extra for moving supplies- just something to be aware of. With the chaos of moving, they were such a huge help! I highly recommend.
They were on time, nice cool helpful stuff.Big truck, the only thing is that they confused my estimate, one lady FaceTime me and saw everything I have in home to move, and give me an estimate, then a guy call again that he needs to make a new estimate…..again?…..I mean no a big deal but is time I really don’t have…And the guy speak so fast that is was hard to understand him.One small detail: the crew spent unnecessary time placing items on the top of the truck. They knew the truck size, and since I had very few and very small items—no furniture at all—it really wasn’t necessary. The truck was very large, and loading everything on the bottom would have been faster. I didn’t say anything at the time, but it did add extra time to the move.
This was supposed to be the easiest move in America. I am just moving one building to another and this company is the absolute worst. I promise I will never use them again! They broke my new bed frame. I am having to come out extra to fix it. I saw them drag my bed across the nasty floor. What!! I am two seconds from exploding!!! I am so mad I can spit fire!! I will be calling corporate and the manager!! If I could give negative stars I would!!!!!!!!!!! Man look at the dresser, this piss me off!!
MILITARY FAMILIES BEWAREWe paid over $6k to PCS our family from VA to FL. We also paid over $300 for the extra insurance protection the company offers. They broke our coffee table the day of loading (our house was already packed for them) and they remedied this immediately. We were pleased until we arrived in Florida and the truck was opened. Our boxes were crushed, clearly thrown in without care. Most of our furniture was broken. They lost the screws to both of our bedframes rendering them unusable after we had just arrived from a 13 hour drive. When we called to get a refund they ignored us for several days. I was left on hold for hours. When we finally got ahold of someone they offered us only $500 for thousands of dollars of broken furniture. And they would only send the money if we signed a contract promising to not leave a negative review!!We sent proof that we’d paid for the extra insurance and were contractually obligated more for our broken items and they ignored us. We have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and the FMCSA but they have stopped replying there as well and are just ignoring us.PCSing is already stressful enough as any military family knows, and this has just been a nightmare.
I am so glad I chose All my Sons to do our move! They were without a doubt willing to beat their competitors price quotes which now a days is rare! They were very straight forward, detailed and kept communication prior to the move during the move and after! Our two moving guys were very strong, precise, and fast. Purnell and Kanye we appreciate your hard work! We had a great experience with All my Sons and will highly recommend them to friends and family and everyone reading this review!
