I worked with Lisa as my moving consultant, and she was excellent. She was thorough, fair, and really focused on helping me stay within my budget. She even went above and beyond by providing some moving supplies that helped me save money.I did have one minor concern during the process, but I was able to contact the office right away and get it resolved smoothly. My items arrived on time, and although I placed them into a storage unit, all the boxes were intact. The few items I’ve checked so far are in great condition.Overall, it was a really good moving experience from Virginia Beach to Houston. I would definitely recommend their services.
Starting with the good. Chris was very helpful in getting the process started. He communicated regularly to keep us updated. Same goes for the driver Guy. Stuff arrived mostly intact with only a few minor dents and scratches. Price was fair.Now the not so good. Communication from the office required some prodding. Truck was late arriving at pickup and delivery, though Guy did keep us posted on the delays. Loading went on until 10PM and not all of our stuff fit as the truck arrived with 2 other households packed on the truck already. Our remaining items were scheduled for delivery 2 weeks out which I consider a long time. Tried to file a delay claim but the process is a hassle.Would have received 3 stars if our stuff had arrived by now but we still don’t have it. Would have given 4 if everything fit on 1 load.
Chris went above and beyond to make our long distance move a smooth one, and he stayed in touch with us throughout the entire process. Lisa called on a Sunday to ensure everything was ready on the destination side as well. The move was on schedule and went well. Our driver Dennis was professional and efficient. Great team and highly recommend!
We had a great experience from start to finish. Chris and Meghan were awesome. Chris followed up with us on load day and Meghan let us know when to expect delivery.
It was a great experience, Lisa and Sarah did phenomenal job from start to finish and from front to end not to mention the driver was by far one of the best drivers I’ve had in A long time I have many Experiences and I have relocated many times he was professional, courteous, clean and neat, it was a little bit of confusion probably on my end when you came time for the payment, and what method did they choose Maybe I missed a step in the communication but overall the experience was by far one of the best I’ve had. I would highly recommend it, and I would use them.
