They did great up to the time they got all my belongings into the truck, then I was told the price was increasing. And then were so smug to tell me I wouldn't get my stuff unless I gave them the increased price. It was a horrible experience.

No issues with the movers themselves, more a complaint over the shady pricing.
When we booked the moving service we were told $175 per hour for two guys.
Its only after my stuff was moved did the employee tell me the fee is $295! Tells me there is a 3 hour minimum booking.
Needless to say the owner left this tidbit out both times I spoke to him and the one time my wife spoke to him. The employee called Mr Brown who I then spoke with and we agreed on the original stated price and that I am not being taken for more.
I am grateful for being accommodated so quickly but I don't appreciate the lack of transparency regarding pricing.

Browns moved me from North Bay to Kingston.
They said they would take care of everything and they were true to thier word.
They were the best part of my move.
They wrapped all the furniture and took down and put up the beds, put all furniture where I wanted.

Browns was amazing!! Moving arrangements didn't quite work out last weekend, had less than 24hrs to move, and no one to help. I called them in the middle of the night, and they had me moved less than 12hrs later, great price too. I have a heart condition, was worried about lifting things, but the boys did all the work, they were so sweet, and so good with my stuff. Really just a great all around company, would recommend them to anyone, and will definitely use their services again!!!
