We moved a very large Kitchen grill from Home Sense to our home. The company was on time, polite and helpful. Phillip and Reece were great.
Scheduling was easy with good communication afterwards. Drivers called in advance to update arrival time. Arrived well within schedule window. Drivers were polite, made every attempt to my home clean while they moved my sectional to their truck. Excellent service all around
We needed some really heavy large furniture moved down from upstairs and hauled off. These guys provided excellent communication, were on top of everything, and moved it all so professionally and smoothly without damaging walls or doorways! They were all very friendly and we would absolutely use their service and recommend them in a heartbeat!!
This was the best moving experience I have ever had! Grant and Philip were incredible. Professional, kind, efficient, friendly and very careful with all of my items. I have lived in 5 different states and moved more times than I can count, and these two guys made this the easiest and best move I've ever had. Mara in the office is also a gem and Alex was wonderful in setting up my move and helping ensure I was organized and ready. This team really hit it out of the park!
I have used college hunks a couple times for moving and have had a couple hiccups but nothing major. Well I guess the third time was NOT a charm. I had them move a total of 5 items to my new home down the street. They arrived timely and were very kind and then things went poorly. I had them move a treadmill and exercise bike from one room and instructed them they would have to take the door off the hinge. They proceeded to shove the items through the door and then again through the door of my brand new home. They took a huge hunk of baseboard out of the baseboard on the stairwell and chipped the stair. I have no idea how the desk got so banged up it is clearly narrow enough to fit through a door. Thank god they did not damage my grandmothers hope chest...I guess one item out of 5 arriving safely should have meet my expectations. Company denied my claim, claiming it was a bulk item. Please be careful on what you ask this company to move they do not send professionals.
