Recent reviews frequently praise on-site crews for punctuality, careful handling, and efficient office or commercial moves. Some customers report delays, schedule changes, or difficulty reaching office staff for resolutions. Long-distance customers mention communicative drivers and careful loading, with mixed experiences regarding coordination and follow-up. Pricing clarity improves when estimates and add-ons are confirmed in writing before move day.

If you are a military family getting ready to PCS I would highly recommend you avoid Champion Movers at all costs. After hearing of multiple bad experiences with them we specifically requested to not have them do our move. Yadira insisted that they had all new crew working for them and that everything would be fine. It turns out Yadira was the worst one to work with in the end as she ignored multiple emails from me for over 5 months.

When they came to pick up our items they tried marking all our furniture and exercise equipment with damage codes that were false. Saying that our items were scratched, chipped and dented when they were in perfect condition. When our items were finally delivered to our new home every single piece of furniture was damaged, the driver was extremely rude and disrespectful, they scratched my hardwood floors in multiple places, broke two door frames and put dents in my walls. We immediately started the claim process for the damages done to our home. Champion said they would handle the issue themselves. It took almost 7 months, multiple emails, reporting them to TMM and MCO and threatening legal action for them to finally send someone out to repair the damages.

Every month I was told excuse after excuse for why nothing got done. They are the worst and they only care about money, they don’t care about your belongings or your home. If TMO assigns you Champion Movers you should definitely ask for another company.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! Especially if you’re military. I was quoted 3 men/3 hours. They came two hours past the scheduled window and showed up with 2 men. My move went to 5 hours. I had situate childcare, which cost me more since I’m a solo parent right now due to dad being deployed. To add to that, I helped tremendously to lessen the amount of hours I’d paid for. I went in to talk to the manager, who hid behind a wall and spoke through his receptionist. In the end the manager only gave $67 off, and felt that because he lowered the cost per hour with 2 people that all should be good. They have terrible customer Service, the manager is rude, Tanya lied about being a manager, but keep going back to talk to the actual manager. And while in the end I paid the same I would have with my original quote the experience of everything else was regarding their inability to properly schedule and send the correct people, impacted me extremely and they do not care. If you’re a military family then you understand! All this company cares about if getting those contracts. They don’t understand principal. However, the only good thing I do have to say are the two men that did show (Carlos and Huego) were immaculate! The rest of the employees and company 0 stars!

Edit: The owner did not advise us to leave, we actually chose to leave because it was clear he would do nothing further for my negative experience. He LITERALLY said that he could do nothing, and that $67/10% (bc it’s the same thing) was all he can do. Mind you he only came out after we heard him multiple times on the other side of the wall talking to Tonya. For her to say what he said. Bc he was too busy for his customers. Which is completely unprofessional and rude from a business standpoint. So, I’m sure many can understand one’s frustration in that, on top of everything else. He isn’t the most pleasant and was rude himself. And if she’s a manager that whole encounter didn’t give manager. When I first asked for a manger she went to get one then came back and said I am a manager. So, make that make sense for future purposes. I’d strongly advise any military personal local or PCS move to not go with this business.

To give this business even a one star is being generous. I wish there was an option to take stars away. “Champion Movers”? More like scam movers. Hopefully this information can save someone the time money and hassle.

What was intended to be a more convenient and helpful alternative to relocating ourselves has become a nightmare.

The company has consistently failed to honor its contracts. They demonstrate a lack of concern for customer satisfaction. Their customer service is abysmal, and the owner, Laras, embodies the epitome of greed and selfishness. One of the most unpleasant individuals I have ever encountered. Despite the inconvenience caused, I was only compensated with 10% of the total cost, even though all of my obligations were fulfilled on our end within the contract. However, it is evident that they disregarded the contract, which is a legally binding document between both parties. This is the worst moving company I have ever encountered.

If you are considering hiring a moving company, I strongly advise against this one. You will waste your money and encounter rude and unpleasant individuals who prioritize profit over customer satisfaction.

Dawn’z Dirt B Gone® on Champion Movers

We recently used Champion Movers to move our belongings from storage in Las Vegas to Tennessee.

The drivers in the field were absolutely amazing - Alejandro went above and beyond during pick up, and handled everything with care. The driver delivering our load (didn’t get his name) was extremely communicative, which we appreciated very much. Their professionalism is the only reason we’d ever consider using Champion Movers again.

The office side of the experience was much less smooth. The initial booking with Trish was great; she was very helpful and communicative. But once the move was booked, we found ourselves having to repeatedly call the office to get paperwork updated and to confirm pickup timing. Communication was inconsistent, and we received different information from different staff members than what the drivers were telling us.

Given the price of the service, we had hoped for a more seamless process overall. Their drivers in the field are excellent, but the office communication definitely needs improvement.
