From start to finish, this was one of the best service experiences I’ve had. The crew arrived on time, ready to work, and handled everything with efficiency and care. These are young men who take pride in what they do—doing a job many people avoid—and they do it right.

They treated my belongings with respect, listened carefully to where I wanted items placed, and asked questions instead of making assumptions. That attention to detail matters, and it shows their professionalism.

What truly set them apart was their willingness to go above and beyond. Not only did they complete the move smoothly, but they also helped get me unstuck from the snow without hesitation. That level of service and character is rare.

This was the first time I’ve hired movers and I cannot recommend Stone Brook enough. I initially reached out on Thumbtack and received a phone call (not just message) within 5 minutes! Day of move: they showed up early and within 6 minutes of the schedule start time (seriously) were already hauling things out to their truck. They started at 10:30 and by 2:00 my entire apartment had been packed, moved to the new location, hauled up THREE flights of stairs, and DONE. Major bonus: I didn’t have to unpack any drawers. They hauled my extremely heavy oak dresser completely full without a complaint. The entire time the movers were focused, courteous, and working hard. Not a moment was wasted. Not an item was broken or missing. 10/10 will absolutely hire again when I move next. Thank you!
