I'm leaving this review very late, it's overdue. I moved from a difficult top floor attic conversion and multiple movers were unwilling to take the job due to the difficulty taking the couch out via the balcony. These guys were so cool about it that I was worried they'd underestimated the difficulty, but sure enough they came in as a team and made the whole job look easy.I've seen other reviews stating that these guys came to the rescue when others wouldn't, and my experience was absolutely no different. First place I'll call with any future moving jobs. Fantastic team.
During this unprecedented snow fall in Vancouver, these guys came to my rescue. When my original movers cancelled.I have an insanely steep hill getting to my townhome. On this morning, after 6 inches of snowfall overnight, even my suv wasn’t able to make it up successfully.I had spoken to Marshall in the morning, letting him know of the treacherous hill. He told me that he had made a commitment to me, and as a professional, he would keep his commitment.His crew spent two hours getting the truck up the hill. Shovelling, salting, and doing whatever they could to get the job done. I have never seen work ethic like theirs, as a group and a team. And not only that, they took on the job of my garbage removal afterwards. These guys worked over 10 hours to get the job done, professionally and without complaints!!I feel I need to mention how much I appreciated how respectful they were to my mother in law. Despite the language barrier.Thanks guys. For all your hard work. You made what was impossible, run smoothly.

In the last week we received the help of this dedicated family business to move all equipment and goods for our Annual Clothing Pop-Up Sale. This amazing team moved over 100 racks of clothing, 150 totes of shoes, along with many tables, chairs and counters for this fundraising event in the Shipyards Pipe Shop in Lower Lonsdale. The team of 6 movers and 2 trucks donated 8 hours of their time for set up and tear down of this event. This is a total of 96 hours of donated manpower and truck usage. I hired Big Brother Moving to move our apartment and could not have been happier. Sam and his crew did an excellent job. They got us moved quickly without any damage to our belongings or either home and were always kind and professional. I have already recommended Big Brother Moving to a friend and would not hesitate to hire them again.
Big Brother's was excellent! I can't recommend them enough. So professional and courteous. We were moving from an apartment on the 10th floor to a 4 level townhouse. They manage to move all the furniture in and out of elevators and up very narrow stairs with tight corners. We had a king size bed and big dressers that had to go all the way to the top! No problem for these guys. No damage to furniture or walls. They were SO CAREFUL! Thanks Big Brother Moving.
