Doug was great to deal with right from original contact right through the move. He laid out all pricing and possible costs related to the quote. The final price was reasonable and good value. Kevin, Paul and Binish were a great crew. They were careful with our items and courteous to talk to. A professional crew and able to figure out how to take our table apart! I have used Smoother Movers about 3 times in the last 12 years. I also used their storage facililties prior to renovations being completed for my new home. They showed up as planned, overall communication was excellent, and their staff were friendly and courteous.
