Boomerang Moving & Storage is fantastic. Mickey the manager is courteous and professional and does an amazing job. The two movers Pat and Alex were great too! Both Pat and Alex were very careful with the furniture pieces they were moving. I was especially worried about one of the pieces. They were extremely cautious and the piece was moved without any problems. I would highly recommend Boomerang Moving & Storage!
My husband and I moved from MA (Holyoke) to CA and we needed help getting our furniture and belongings to our pod. We are more than satisfied with Boomerang—it was a great choice choosing them. I called for an estimate and within a few days someone came by to mark down our belongings, he also gave us advice on materials to have ready such as ratchet straps, moving blankets, boxes for our TV/mirror. On the day of the actual booking, they were delayed, but we didn’t mind—Mickey Communicated almost every hour via text to keep me updated when the movers would be done with their previous job to be able to get to our house. We ended up having three movers instead of the two in the quote, and we were floored by how fast and efficient the movers were. Pat specifically was so fast, efficient but still Treated our things with care. We were so surprised that it took them only about 1.5 hours to do our 2bedroom apartment. Our quote was less than the original even though we had 3 movers it averaged out bc it took less time. But either way, we were very happy and we tipped each of the movers because of their amazing job. I will share about Boomerang to any and everyone!!
Our experience with Boomerang was nothing short of incredible. The team—Ryan O, Pat, Christian, Alex, and Nate—worked together seamlessly, moving our stuff out of our old house and into the new one safely and efficiently. Everyone had a positive, upbeat attitude that made them an absolute pleasure to work with. And to top it all off, they were extremely well priced, coming 25% below the quoted price. I truly could not recommend them more!!
Pat and Christian were the best of the best. They paid attention to details and disassembled out furniture with care, then put everything back together at the new place. We love this company and will use them again anytime!
We were on a deadline to clean out our parents' house. Different family members in 3 different locations in New England were taking several of the larger pieces of furniture. All the pieces were antiques and/or higher quality. Based on various online reviews I contacted Boomerang and worked with Mickey to sort out all the details for a "triangle move." I cannot say enough positive things about the crew -- they were very personable, highly efficient, and very, very careful with the pieces, including a German cuckoo clock.
