We worked with Ideal in truly extenuating circumstances, after a snowstorm and in the face of roads that were shut down. When it became apparent that the scheduled moving dates were not possible, they packed up all of our belongings, and moved them to their facility in Hadley at no charge.Without a doubt this was a very complicated move. I would say that we were demanding from the standpoint of how our things needed to be organized, using a system that we created and that they adapted to seamlessly.The crew were extremely competent and a pleasure to work with, as was the coordinator and other point people in the office.
Ideal Movers is an extraordinary company. We have used them four times over many year. This move on November 20th involved moving furniture from my office and from my previous home to my new apartment. Start to finish the job took only 2 hours. Brant, who owns the company, came with Garrison, the estimator, to hoist my couch up over the second story porch with the two men who did everything else. Superb experience with Ideal Movers. Excellent customer service, with several virtual walk-thru’s to establish our needs and obtain the proper fit for truck size and quantity. The day of the move the crew was on time and incredibly efficient, completing the loading, transport, and unloading far more quickly than we had anticipated. It was a drizzly day and we were additionally impressed when the crew placed large absorbent doormats at each entrance so as to avoid tracking water onto our wood floors. Ideal Movers greatly reduced our stress of moving to a new home. Let them give you the same positive experience!
