Sitterly Movers

They just moved me out of my apartment into a condo in Northampton and they absolutely nailed it. Sitterly sent out five really funny, friendly, affable guys and a big truck to my place and they were super fast and efficient in terms of taking stuff apart and being up front with what they did and didn't feel comfortable moving out of my place. They packed up my extensive clothing collection and worked really hard for me all day. Thank you guys so much!! I'll definitely be using Sitterly next time.

Recently used Sitterly for a large whole home local move..From our first contact with Ryan who did the walk through and estimate, the move went perfect. I did pack all my own items and Nick, the operations dispatcher was so responsive and informative and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. The crew working with Barry on both of our days were incredibly polite, friendly, professional and overall just fantastic. A great group of super nice guys! It was 30 years worth of household items and they were super respectful of all my furniture. I definitely recommend Sitterly for anyone planning a move!

We hired Sitterly Movers in April 2021 for a move from one Western Massachusetts town to another. We had a lot of stuff and not a lot of time to move, and they came through for us. Overall I'm happy with my experience with the company.

We used their professional packing services and the crew who worked on that aspect of the job packed things well to prevent damage. They packed dozens of boxes and the cost was worth it for us to not have to stress about the process. Upon unpacking, we found that a lot of the boxes had more packing paper than items, however, although that may just be the cautious nature of the business.

The move itself went well, as the crew dutifully cleared out our previous home item by item. They did an awesome job with this part of the gig as I previously stated, there was a lot of stuff to move.

Upon unpacking at the new house, we did discover some things had been broken during the move. But we purchased the moving valuation during the contract signing for an additional cost, and upon submitting my claim, they sent me a check without any issues. It was as simple as me filling out the form, emailing it, and receiving a check.

Overall, I'd say most every crew member who was a part of this was fantastic. Overwhelmingly they were kind, responsive, professional and careful with our belongings. And some of the guys on the team were just amazing people to work alongside and meet. Additionally, since we were doing this during the pandemic, they took caution relative to wearing masks and such, which was greatly appreciated.

So was the move perfect? No, things got broken, but I somewhat expected that to happen with a move of our size. But did they follow-up and handle things with professionalism and accept responsibility? Absolutely. And that, to me, makes the difference.

I would recommend Sitterly and Relocation Coordinator Joe Santos to a friend or relative without question. Good people and good value for the money, and I'm thankful for their assistance in making my move a smooth one.

We had used Sitterly for a move 6 years ago from the western Mass to Cape Cod. They did a great job then so when we had need for another move we called them again. I didn’t think they could improve their already great service but our latest experience was even better! We had no stress at all! Since our move was complex in nature, general manager Brian and sales rep Joe came to our home on Cape Cod to help us plan our move. Besides our home, there were 2 different locations we had belongings in storage. It was a huge move for us but due to the detailed plan Brian and Joe created, it was stress free!
They did a fantastic job and their crew was very good natured and accommodating. We highly recommend Sitterly Movers for your next move!

Best thing I did was hire Sitterly Movers to help us move to our new home. The estimator was great to deal with and the crew that came to pack the house and move us into a new house was friendly, efficient, took the time to make sure things were packed safely, and were just good people to be around.

I can’t thank Wes, Nick, Jose, and Donte enough for making our moving experience as smooth and easy as possible! It was hands down the best moving experience I’ve had with a company. They moved us from a two-bedroom apartment into a single-family home. They were punctual, professional, efficient, and careful with our items. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend them to others!

We decided to use Sitterly movers because of reviews that we read. The reviews were not lying this was a great company. Honestly finding movers was the most stressful process of buying a home because I hate people touching my stuff in fear of them mistreating them. However, I was at ease (as much as I possible could) with the movers, Elliot, Rich, and Alfredo. They moved our 3 story, 3 bedroom, living room, family room, and dinning room condo in Agawam to our house in Windsor. It took about 8 hours for the whole process which included DISASSEMBLE AND REASSEMBLE. The reason I bold that is because some companies doesn't offer this and this is a HUGE advantage. When we got to the new house they put guards around the door frame, stair railing, and floor protection. They were constantly working and was never sitting around talking. They never let any of the future scrap any bedroom doors or walls, it was very impressive. Then as a bonus at the end of the process Elliot came up to me and told me to walk around the house with him to make sure everything was exactly where I want the furniture to go. The team was amazing and nothing was missing or damaged during the whole process. The only CON is due to liability they will not disconnect or connect the washer and dryer. Not an issue for me personally. Overall I would recommend this company and will ONLY use this company in the future.
