Quality 1st Moving did a wonderful job from beginning to end. Alli did a great job explaining the process on our initial call. She also thoroughly answered all questions on follow up calls. Bill visited our home, and we explained which pieces Quality First would be moving. This included several pieces of junk removal. Although this was a senior citizen move, it was a houseful of furniture, some extremely heavy or bulky. Alli provided a quote - and that was exactly what was charged.The movers were right on time to start the move, Billy, Cam, Zach, Drew and Bill worked tirelessly throughout the 10 hour day. They were all polite and hard working, and very appreciative of offers of snacks or beverages. They carefully wrapped all the furniture before moving, including disassembly of the beds. Everything arrived at our new home in great shape, and carefully placed where we had marked the new location. The process was as seamless as a move can be. We actually called Alli the next day and commented that it was more like having friends move us. We 100% recommend Quality 1st Movers of Wentzville for your move or junk removal.
