My mother used this company/location for her recent move. I've never been more disappointed. Having moved several times I have never experienced such poor service and execution. While items were packed well the movers simply did not move everything. I had to use me car and take 5 trips to move everything they did not move.At the new home the placed many boxes in the wrong room. Stacking boxes high up in a bedroom so the labels couldn't be read. My mother lives alone so she asked them to come back and place the boxes in the rooms as per the labels. They offered, only with a significant charge.Do not use this company. There are a lot of options out there.
This is the second time that I have used AMJ over the last 3 years and as always they did not disappoint. Don, Justin and Mike were tremendous and very professional in what they were doing. The whole move went without a hitch, no furniture was scratched or damaged and they actually finished 1.5 hours ahead of time. Scott gave a very accurate quote with regards to the move and Krista, the Move Manager was very helpful. I would definitely give AMJ a 10++ rating. Don't be afraid to use them on your next move, I know that we will definitely use them again.

We moved this Spring from Oakville, ON to Victoria, BC and the end to end experience was excellent. We felt very confident after our initial meeting with our rep Sean in Oakville. He walked through the whole process and answered our questions that day and subsequently on the phone /email.One of the things we liked was that our goods were also stored with AMJ in Victoria until we were ready for them. They even let us mark a few items for early pick up which was very helpful.After moving in to our new place in Victoria, I can say we are not missing any items and not one single item is broken or chipped! Pretty impressive.Highly recommend using AMJ!
AMJ was amazing from start to finish. We moved from the GTA to the Blue Mountains.Huge shoutout to Scott, Krista & Don and his crew. Scott was super detailed, helpful, and transparent - he provided us with helpful tips to save us money - his quote was bang on!The crew showed up right at 8am and were hard at work from start to finish (even in 35 degree weather). Don and his crew were super friendly, professional, and efficient. Everything was gently cared for and packed into the truck with perfection.Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend AMJ for your move - they definitely know what they are doing!
