I can’t believe what I just went through with this company, probably the worst experience I’ve ever had in Canada. This is the most unprofessional and disgusting service I ever experienced. They were planned to be at my apartment at noon, they showed up at 8:30 pm they started loading and then all of the sudden stopped working. I asked them what was going on and they started saying incomprehensible things…long story short they told me unless you pay more than double the estimated cost, we won’t do it. We had everything packed up, so they assumed we have no other options but to accept their terms.Fortunately, we have the apartment for a while longer so we ended up canceling their service.Edit after seeing the response from owner:The response is full of lies.1. you were stopped by inspection for a very long time because you didn't have your paperwork which shows incompetence. We told you driver several times that it'll be too late by the time you arrive and they kept giving us incorrect information. All the texts are available and can be shared2. You showed up at 9 pm and suggested the landing will take until 3 am against apartment rules. I explained several times to you team that this is against apartment rules and could cause complaints from neighbors3. With regards to cost, we had and estimate from you for 3.5k. Your team showed up an asked for 9k instead because they assumed we have no other option so they can ask for any price they like. Apartment doorman was there as well
