Amazing service. I was In constant communication with the movers as they wanted to make sure they were there on time. Even though I pushed my original time back they were able to accommodate me. They came with a team of about 5-6 movers and got everything done very very quickly! Highly recommend for excellent service and professionalism!
Excellent service. Right on time and the guys did an outstanding job. Brought everything down from a third floor apartment and packed my U-Haul so well that nothing moved or shifted for my 500+ mile trip! Communication from the company was excellent too! Will hire again for sure
These guys were great to work with. Pete gave me a call within minutes of booking them online for my move and was very patient in walking me through the process from beginning to end. Sam was super professional and instinctively knew how to fit all my stuff within the U-Boxes. They worked quickly and efficiently and as a team. My move was a pretty large one and Celina's Movers really took care of me. Thank you, again!
I hired Celina's movers to help load a 20ft U-Haul truck to move from Odessa to my retirement city. The men arrived on time but forgot to bring ramps for stairs and told me that would be okay they could handle it. They used a cart to move items out of the house and on the first load the boxes were stacked too high and toppled while going down the stairs. That set the tone for the rest of the loading experience.One mover kept telling me he has eight years of experience and not to worry they had it. He also kept repeating to the assistant, "time is money, hurry..." I advised I would pay for the extra time if needed as I preferred my household belongings be packed to survive the move. They went over by an hour which I was fine with and paid for.The big issue started when my kids tried to open the U-Haul truck on arrival. My Black and Decker storage cabinet hung up on the door due to the load not being tied down correctly. The cabinet had to be broken apart just to get the door open. (it was repaired by the kids with just a few shelf clips missing) When the unloaders got to work the next morning we found exactly how not tied down, secured, or protected my property was. Pictures attached to the review for reference.The best part was a "missing" tool box. I watched the loader take out my paint bag and large metal tool box and was positive both made it to the truck safely. When we took account of items at our arrival location during unloading, the paint bag was present, but my deceased husband's tool box and tools were gone. We searched boxes, crates, and cabinets giving benefit of doubt to the loaders. No luck.I contacted the owner of the company, he was apologetic and said he would talk to the two men who loaded the truck. He then offered a dollar amount below value of my missing and damaged belongings. I declined at that time so that I could verify my property and list missing/broken and research cost to replace/repair. I made out a list of all items taken from the tool box and accounted for replacement of casters for an office chair then contacted the owner again. He was very understanding and agreed to pay the amount I requested.At this time I am waiting for the agreed upon payment and will update my review to at least 3 maybe even 4 stars for honesty should the payment arrive. Sadly that does not replace the loss of an item that held more sentimental than monetary value in the missing tool box. I know it isn't specifically the owner's fault that items were taken. My hope is that he looks very closely at the people he hires in the future so this does not happen to anyone else when his company name is attached.UPDATE:I received the requested amount to cover my losses from the unprofessional loaders' job. Thank you to Pete... I hope that he is able to find better quality help in the future. He should not have to pay for the poor job/dishonesty of his employees.
We hired Pete and his guys to help us move into a new office and not only were they on time, they were fast and went above and beyond to ensure our furniture didn't get banged up or scuffed throughout the entire move. Definitely recommend these guys, very hard workers and worth every penny.
