Tim and his crew were outstanding. They were professional, positive, and handled our belongings with care from start to finish. They were also patient and helpful whenever we had questions, and very accommodating when we needed to reopen boxes to grab things we’d forgotten.I’d highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again.
I moved here for a couple of years, and the service was excellent. I had already seen them working when the person I replaced was moving back to Spain, so I was very happy to see them arrive with all my belongings because I already knew how professional they are.I will definitely choose them again when the time to leave comes.
Unfortunately, I would give 0 stars if the option was available. It has become apparent to me that A1 Freeman treats certain employees differently than others which is disappointing to see. If you are considering using this company, I highly suggest to take your business elsewhere, I am a person who looks for the moral values and integrity in a company because we have all been employees to someone else and I do not appreciate the obvious favoritism between clearly hard working people (some very obviously working harder than others). Tyrell and Octavious were professional and had wonderful customer service while it seemed the older gentleman that was paired with them left them to all of the work. My advice, if he is going to keep saying he is too old to work in front of customers and cause issues with other movers who are willing to do the work to make the customer experience worth their money then maybe the company should consider letting him go.
A-1 Freeman Moving did a great job delivering my household goods. The crew was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. There were a few damaged items, but it wasn’t due to their handling, and they clearly explained how to file a claim and what steps to take. Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience. I’d definitely recommend them.
