I learned of A Arnold from our Realtor. I also interviewed two other companies. We selected them based on Caleb Reed's authenticity when he came to our home.It was a two day transition that went with no flaws. Their final cost was just as was estimated. I will recommend them to anyone.
A. Arnold's crew showed up as scheduled. Each crew member introduced themselves and quickly prepared the house with floor protection material where needed. Each member was very courteous and professional. They put several pieces of furniture together and offered to place heavy items where wanted them. They worked like a well oiled machine and completed the task in five hours. This was our 23rd move in 54 years. A. Arnold was by far our best experience.
This was the best moving experience my wife and I have had in our 30 years of marriage!! This company is professional and in my opinion the best moving company in KC! They took care of everything and were a great group to work with. Thank you A Arnold.

PROs: Caleb, Landon, Josh & Jordan ~ thank you!! Punctual. Respectful. Professional. Easy-going and hard workers and they hustled. Caleb conducted an estimate and was quick to share it by email. No fee to reserve. Their clock started when they arrive at our home NOT when they leave their business site (like other companies). Their prices beat other competitors. They protect the floors at both locations; this was very important to me since we had the carpets cleaned at the new house and it was assuring to know the old place would be protected from stains and/or damages as well during the move.CONs: Nothing.Sorry it's a month late for this review but the nonetheless I hope y'all know we appreciate your services very much.I wish we knew of y'all when we moved around between 2018 to 2022.Approximately $1200 (before tip) & well spent for 7 hours.
