I moved some personal items and all of my office to Olympia in anticipation of an upcoming move to the area. I worked with Brian to set up movers to help me load things into storage while I awaited the bigger move closer to summer.Originally I thought I'd just need the crew to offload the truck into storage but it quickly became apparent that the storage unit I'd reserved was not going to work considering the size of my office desk. These guys pivoted quickly and got me squared away before the looming rainclouds soaked all my stuff - couldn't have done it w/out them. Highly recommend their services. They're not the cheapest but I'm ok with that because I want a company that I know I can trust with my belongings.

Move NW did great on my local move. Brian C. was flexible and accommodating as we weren't sure how much were were going to pre-pack and move ourselves in advance.We ended up packing and moving all the boxable items ourselves, so the crew only had to came one day to move our big items. They were friendly, courteous, and quick.A few days later, we realized that several of the adjustable feet on our large metal garage cabinets had been bent. Move NW was very responsive, asked for photos, and offered a claim form, but as we were able to hammer the feet straight again, we declined. Brian said he would still bring the incident up at the next team meeting to prevent damage like this in the future. Mistakes happen, and I appreciate their honesty and willingness to learn from it. I would recommend and use Move NW again.
This review is specifically for Move NW Olympia.I'm a guy that hates paying for something that I could do myself. For my move, I was up against a time constraint and didn't have time to do pack, load up a truck, etc...We had Brian stop by and he spent about an hour and a half putting together a quote. It felt a little sticker shocky but I didn't really have a choice. I did love how they gave us a full itemized line item breakdown of the quote. It made it very easy to understand what we would be paying for.Brian worked with us to refine the quote. It was a tricky one because we were putting half of our stuff in storage locally and the other half was coming with us to our new residence about three hours away. He was really responsive, professional, and had solid answers for all of our obnoxious questions.Because of our work schedule we couldn't do the move in consecutive days so Brian scoped out the project to do the local pack on a Wednesday and then return on Friday to pack and load the remaining items. Then unload us on Saturday AM at the new place.The team showed up and looked like a pirate crew of personalities. But lemme tell you, these were some of the most polite, careful, and hard working folks I have met. I'm not exaggerating. There were so many times that they didn't think I was watching, and I'd see them add a little extra padding to the corner of a table to protect it, or add an additional box around a TV to ensure the screen was safe in transit. They treated our stuff as if it was their own.I was SO happy that I didn't feel any need to micromanage. They quickly earned my trust and I stayed out of their way. I didn't hear them complain once.They rolled out the red carpet for us. Literally. To protect the floors, walls, and doors.As we were unpacking in our new place, it became even more clear how careful they had packed our stuff. Even though we were only relocating 3 hours, they could have safely shipped our things internationally.When it was time to pay up, guess what! They had realized they quoted us too much and gave us a refund. Like a big one. They could have EASILY just kept that money and we'd never been any the wiser. I shouldn't be so surprised at the honesty based on meeting the team.We're legit never moving again without hiring Move NW and requesting the Olympia team. 11/10 value for the money.Shout-out to Brian, Johnny, Levi, Kyle, Robert, Chris, and Devin.
