I reached out for a quote on getting a small piano moved a few weeks ago. Eldridge over the phone was very kind and gave me a quick quote of $220. I gave him my email address as he was on another move at the time and he said he would send the official quote over to me with additional details later.No quote ever came via email, so I called back and asked about it. He told me he lost my email and didn’t have a phone number to call back. Giving the benefit of the doubt I offered to email him so he has my contact info. I asked in the email for him to please confirm the date/price which he has quoted of $220. He emailed back “yes we have you down for x date.” This is where I started to get suspicious as to what was going on that he wouldn’t send me an official quote or confirmation of time, how many movers, etc.So the Thursday before the move comes (it was supposed to be on a Monday) and I email again asking for a quote on approx what time to expect him. All weekend I wait with no response until Sunday evening when he emails me saying, “well my people looked into it and I didn’t quote the right amount so it will now be $400 and it won’t be until Tuesday.”Immediately I was upset as this was twice his original quote, and now the date agreed upon (Monday) had now been moved to Tuesday. I called right away to Eldridge and asked why the jump in price and change of date? He said he made a mistake in quoting and lowballed it and after talking with his quoting team realized he had not done the right amount. I asked him why that would be something to put on your customer when that’s your mistake? He proceeded to ask me if I was smart enough to know what the definition of “quote” was, and started yelling at me that if I could do better then I should go find another quote better than his.This was a long post, but I need to stress how incredibly unprofessional this experience was. From yelling at me on the phone, to arguing with me and making his mistake my fault, to not responding promptly or at all, this was a horrible experience. Be very careful that you get a quote emailed to you right away so you don’t end up in the same position as us. We had planned on this move the entire week and done everything asked of us, and I very much felt like zero accountability was taken for their mistakes and they did not treat us with any respect once we pushed back on the price and date change.
This is my fourth or fifth time I believe using Lifetime Movers Elite and as usual they came through with no issues. No problems showed up on time. Took care of business packed up my whole place and moved it while I was out of town absolutely the best moving company in Omaha hands-down I will never ever ever hire anybody else. Thanks Eldridge for taking care of everything for me and making this smooth move easier for me, especially since I’m out of town on business.!!!
Eldrige and his team were amazing to work with. Clear communication, on time arrival, and fast unloading of our truck. They were very careful and attentive with our belongings but also the new place we were moving into as they made sure to bring these in carefully. Professionals who clearly know what they are doing but also very kind and great, positive energy!

I can’t believe how smooth and amazing the move went! Everything from start to finish was crisp, clean and professional on another level! When you ask a life long friend to move you and receive the highest end service, it takes you back, but knowing Eldridge Graves I expected nothing less! Us S.O.B.’s know how to do it right!
