I had a very disappointing experience with Dwinell Moving. The estimator failed to show up on the promised day, causing unnecessary delays. On moving day, the crew was unprofessional, taking frequent smoke and texting breaks, which significantly delayed the process. The estimated packing and loading times were consistently missed, causing further scheduling issues and disrupting the move-in time for the next occupants. Additionally, the final bill ended up being 47% higher than the detailed in-person estimate. Items intended for the basement were left in the garage, and I had to put them away myself despite paying over the quoted amount. When I reached out about missing items, there was no response. In the end, I had to handle the completion of the move on my own, which left me both frustrated and out of pocket.I would not recommend Dwinell Moving based on this experience.

We used Dwinnell's for our move this March after searching other company's that were ridiculously overpriced. From the first phone call to Dwinnell's to the actual move they were great. They were courteous, smart about how they handled items like antiques, and very open with us as they went through everything. This was my ninth move and the smoothest of all that I have ever had. Would and will recommend them to everyone I know having to move!
