Ottawa Pro Movers

We truly appreciated the outstanding service and care that Ottawa Pro Movers delivered. Daniel and Roxy were prompt in responding to our queries, and they also exceeded our expectations on follow-up coordination. Our items were delivered by Nik, who took great care in packing and protecting items that had considerable sentimental value to us. The fee charged for the service was most reasonable and fair. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing an efficient and caring team for their relocation/moving needs.

It snowed on the day I moved. I had already moved most of my belongings down to the first floor to make things easier, but it still must have been very difficult to carry furniture in the snow. Even so, the movers stayed positive the whole time. They kept smiling, worked efficiently, and were very kind and respectful with my furniture. I really appreciate how they helped carry heavy items up to the 2nd and 3rd floors without any complaints. Thank you so much for your hard work and great service. I’m truly grateful, and it felt like a wonderful connection. Highly recommended!

Great work!!! The movers, service and overall experience was above and beyond. Very personable, competent and professional through the whole process. I would not hesitate to use them again, or recommend the to others. Great service, great results, great guys! Thanks for making this process quick and stress free!!!

Highly recommend Ottawa Pro Movers! Nik, Andrew, and Artem were absolutely fantastic. They were kind, professional, efficient, and incredibly hardworking. They were also funny and kept the atmosphere light, which made moving day so much easier. We had extremely heavy gym equipment along with fragile belongings, and everything was handled with great care. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, and the quote was accurate with no surprises. The entire move felt smooth and stress-free.

We use Ottawa ProMovers for our business needs, including moving staged units between properties, and I cannot say enough about how outstanding their service is. From the very first phone call, the team was attentive, patient, and genuinely focused on understanding our needs. They were extremely punctual, well-organized, and followed the plan exactly as discussed. There were no surprise charges or unnecessary add-ons — just honest, transparent service. The move itself was smooth, professional, and clean, with careful packing and excellent communication throughout the entire process. The experience was seamless from start to finish. I would confidently recommend Ottawa ProMovers to anyone, and moving forward, they will be our go-to company for all future moves.
