My wife and I have lived in Newbury Park California for 45 years and I retired a couple of years ago. We made a decision to sell our home in Newbury Park and move to Tennessee and we needed a reliable mover to move us. I interviewed several movers for the move to Tennessee and decided on World Wide Moving and Storage (Mayflower) out of Oxnard California. I chose World Wide because from start to finish they were always upfront with the details and gave me confidence for the move for a fair price. We had a house built in Tennessee which was not completed by the time our furniture and belongs would arrive and World Wide assisted us with a temporary storage solution while we waiting for our house to be completed. From start to finish, World Wide (Mayflower) got us to Tennessee and assisted with all the unknown surprises we encountered. CA to MD and it couldn't have been better. Fair price, experienced crew, good equipment. Onload crew was great, packed up 38 years of memories and were respectful of the contents and the house, The owner, Jeff, was present for the day and over saw the work personally. In MD, the truck arrived on time and the offload was seamless. Still unpacking boxes and so far not a chip or scratch on anything, and furniture was in exactly the same condition as it was when we lived in Ca. Jeff and his team assisted me on my move from LA to Denver and everyone was absolutely delightful. When I first started my search for a mover, I was overwhelmed. He was extremely transparent from the start and assured that he would be taking care of my belongings as if it was his own. His team was extremely punctual, quick, and careful, while they packed and loaded up the truck in LA. After a very short timeline, Jeff then met me in Denver and helped unload the truck and move all of the items into my new place. From steps A to Z, I felt extremely comfortable and taken care of even though I had huge doubts and reservations when I started my search for a mover.
