Hands down, best move we've EVER experienced. We were supposed to move on a Monday during the big snow storm. Bert reached out to me that Saturday to let me know the move was rescheduled to Tuesday, and if we needed to add a shoveling service, they would happily do it for an additional charge. Tuesday morning, Jesus and his crew of 3 guys showed up on time and ready to go. They would incredibly kind, courteous, and extremely helpful all around. Do yourself a favor and book Optimum Moving.

Josh did an especially great job — he was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. His positive attitude really made the whole process so much easier.

They moved me during the biggest blizzard in 10 years, and I still can’t say enough about these guys! Every single piece of furniture was carefully wrapped and handled with so much care. I had a lot to move, tons of stairs, and a long distance between homes and they never once complained. They spent hours making sure everything arrived safely and perfectly. I truly didn’t know a moving company could be this amazing. I can’t recommend them enough—I actually wanted to hug them! (But instead I just tipped them really really well lol)

Foreman Juan Velez and his crew went above and beyond, caring for every single piece of furniture as if it were their own. Everything was wrapped with precision, carefully broken down, and perfectly reassembled. The team was professional, efficient, and so easy to work with. I didn’t have to lift a finger.
