The service with Amex was phenomenal!!! It was such a cold day and they worked non stop & quickly in the snow, I felt so bad for them but they did outstanding job. They took care of all our things so well. I will come back to this company again when I move again! Excellent and friendly crew, and they each took the time to introduce themselves. They hustled and accomplished the move within the midpoint of the estimate provided, which included long walks from the loading dock to elevator and then to the apartment. Our concierge even commented on how organized they executed the move. Great job by AMEX crew, you provided the friendliest and best service and value we have encountered in our many moves. We did quite the research when trying to find a moving company to move from CT to FL. Hands down AMEX was outstanding. Henry and his moving crew were awesome! They were professionally, courteous, clean, very personable, they accommodated our needs and worked with last minute changes to the inventory list. They worked great as a team and made sure they were managing and moving our items as we wanted. They never made it seem like they were trying to get as much time in as they could from us as they always tried to make every process of the move as quick as possible. We even offered the team some pizza and they all ate it when continuing to work..
