Top Notch Movers Pembroke Pines

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough that people should be warned. We hired this moving company, and they ended up breaking THREE of our TVs during the move. Accidents can happen, but what makes this situation unacceptable is the complete lack of responsibility afterward. Since the damage occurred, the owner Jackie has not returned a single call or message. We’ve tried reaching out multiple times through every method—phone, text, email—and have gotten zero response. It’s clear they have no interest in resolving the issue or standing behind their work. This level of unprofessionalism is unbelievable. If you value your belongings and want a company that actually communicates and takes accountability, do not hire this company. I wish someone had warned us before we trusted them with our move.

Scheduled a last minute move for my mom to an assisted living facility and Tavarus and Dave @ Top Notch Movers saved the day. They were efficient, cooperative, and handled my mom’s furniture and personal items with care. Will definitely use again!

I recently had the pleasure of using Top Notch Movers in Pembroke Pines to move my parents locally and they did an outstanding job. The team was friendly, professional, and worked efficiently to get the job done in a timely manner. They took great care with my parents' belongings and there was no damage whatsoever.
