Very pleased with our move with packrat movers! Diego and Alfredo did a good job. Diego was so kind and friendly & even offered to help us mount our tv for us. Double thumbs up to Diego, Will be using packrat movers again in the future!! Seamless move everything was properly blanketed and wrapped and nothing broken. - Only thing I will add nothing to do with the movers is I was charged a travel time with the company in Kelowna that I was unaware of upon booking. So I was charged at 10am movers did not show up until 10:30am. Some clarification upon booking would’ve been great but non the less I’ll be booking next time around ??

We had a whole household of stuff to move, and the team of James, Liam, Simrin, and Kurtis was hard-working, efficient, careful, friendly, polite, and courteous. My realtor friend said she’s always had good luck with Packrat movers and she was 100% right!! They were so easy to work with, efficient and so professional. I was moving a very heavy solid wood cabinet and they did such a good job, there was glass and mirrors and everything was handled with care. I wish I had more stuff to move lol. You won’t be disappointed :)
