Had these guys help me with a difficult hot tub move and they killed it! No damage even though we had some real interesting maneuvers we had to make to get the hot tub to its destination. The team was awesome to work with, by the end of it I had big smile on my face about the whole thing. Definitely pick these guys to get the job done.
I feel misled by the positive reviews. Don't get me wrong, the movers themselves were lovely but I have never had a moving experience like this before and I've moved multiple times with multiple different companies. This was the slowest experience I have ever had. They took an hour and 15 min to get from West K to Penticton (opposite way of traffic at 6am). Of course I was billed for that. The move took an hour longer than it should have - they shrink wrapped everything which was time consuming instead of using blankets, despite having them in the truck. They didn't lay anything on the floor to protect my hardwoods as has been my experience with other movers in the past. I ended up unloading because it was so slow and costing me a fortune at this point. This move across 5 blocks and 3 rooms cost me over 1100$.

The process with Packrat Movers was smooth from start to finish. Communication was very good with Jonathan to secure the date and pay the deposit. Our movers, Jayden and Patrick, were super quick, very professional and just genuinely great people. We have had movers before where you felt like you paid them to stand around but these 2 never stopped moving! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The price was extremely reasonable. HIGHLY recommended!
My experience with Packrat Movers was Excellent. Jaiden and Justin were cheerful, polite, and respectful. They worked quickly, but carefully, and all of my possessions arrived undamaged. They made my move easy, and less stressful, and I would certainly use them again. High five for strong young men!!
