We recently had Moving Mountains move a bunch of furniture to our new home. They showed up on time and worked quickly and carefully. Cole, Jaden and Logan were very professional and careful with all of our stuff.We split our move into 2 phases to make things more manageable and we'll definitely be using them to move the rest of our stuff when the time comes.
The Moving Mountains Bloomington crew (Calvin, Adrian, and Tyler) did a solid job moving us from Peoria to Princeton. They were professional, efficient, and stayed on schedule. Adrian listened to what my wife wanted and made sure his team followed through. No surprises and no cost overruns.

I haven’t been able to sleep in my bed now for two weeks because this company broke my bed and drugged their feet getting it to the shop to get it fixed.I wanted to add pictures of the $155 TV box they tried to charge me for that I requested. They brought a used dented box with holes in it and they tried to charge me $155 for it.This company is shady. Be careful.Though there are many details I’m willing to share this company is EXTREMELY expensive, workers are very lackadaisical, and they were very inconsiderate with my items, including breaking my furniture.If you’re going to pay a high price, you need high-quality service and this is not the company.**2/4/26**I will be posting this review on Google (not Google Maps).I have your crew on camera standing in my driveway in **-10° weather**, wasting time and standing around doing nothing for extended periods. I personally witnessed them walking out of my house empty-handed more times than I can count.I appreciate your kindness, but it does not make up for the clear inefficiency of your crew. Frankly, I find the situation appalling.It took **five days** for you to come pick up my broken bed — and that only happened after I repeatedly called your office and pushed for action. Based on the attitude I received during my phone conversation with you, Cameron, I genuinely believe it would still be sitting here if I hadn’t followed up myself.As a result, my personal space is still not fully accessible. This is how I am currently living in my own bedroom, and that is unacceptable.
Tim and Jayden were extremely polite and respectful. They safely moved the top of a roll-top desk that weighs over 100 lbs. from our finished basement to the upstairs. No scrapes or bumps. They were here less than 10 minutes. If anyone wants a 5-foot oak roll-top desk, see my Facebook Marketplace ad. We'll definitely call Moving Mountains again if the buyer can't move it themselves!I was also impressed with Aden (sp?) who responded to my quote request within 60 seconds of submitting it. He set up the appointment for the next day. That's why we went with Moving Mountains. What GREAT, FRIENDLY, 5-STAR service!
Moving mountains did such an amazing job! They came out during the coldest day of the year and got the job done. I am so happy we went with them.
