Janina Horakova on Two Men and a Truck Moving

I was really stressed out about my last minute decision to find a moving company, and the entire process with this one was so smooth and made me feel at ease. The prices were very fair (compared to other quotes I received, especially with my request being last minute), and the summary of charges was detailed as well. The actual movers, Paul and Isaiah, were timely, upbeat, helpful, efficient, and made moving a breeze. If I ever move again in the future, I hope I'll be able to have their help again.

Arlene Taylor on Two Men and a Truck Moving

I ended up with a two day move instead of one day. All the guys involved were absolutely amazing. This is my third move with 2 men and a truck and would refer them to anyone interesting in a great move experience. Aaron, Raeshaun, Medhi, Dequan and Jahbir were phenomenal. Their supervisor Noah was also influential in making sure the move went smooth. Thank you all for your very hard work.

Great service, good communication, and efficient hard working team. Cora was incredible, personable and helpful in the quote and scheduling process even when the dates had to move (due to me). The movers were wonderful, quick, and strong. I watched them lift a couch single handedly like it was a bag of clothes. They were so fast they saved me close to 50% in time and money. Much appreciated. I would recommend and definitely use them again.

We recently used Two Men and a Truck for our move, and I cannot say enough great things about the experience! From start to finish, James and his team were phenomenal. They handled every single item with such careful attention and respect, yet still managed to work incredibly fast and efficiently. Their professionalism, communication, and positive attitudes made what could have been a stressful day feel absolutely seamless.
Their pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the level of service you receive — it’s worth every penny and then some. Moving is never easy, but James and his team truly made it feel effortless. I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy, and top-notch movers. We would absolutely use them again!

Chris G (pr0phet4) on Two Men and a Truck Moving

These guys moved me on Monday 8/18 and left a nice 8-foot long gouge in the stairway wall. They didn't report this to me when it happened - I noticed it 30-40 minutes after they carried my bed down and pointed it out to them. This is when he took pictures and reported it. He also told me "they'll take care of you."

I emailed the office the pics and a video and she stated she sent my concerns to "management" and they would be in touch. No name, no indication of when, just "management." I responded a few hours later asking for details on next steps when this sort of thing happens. No response.

The next morning I sent a follow-up email asking who "management" was and when I could expect a call. She responded that she forwarded my concerns to management and was informed a manager would be in touch with me to discuss the damage. This was Tuesday 8/19.

A few hours later on Tuesday I get a call from someone at Two Men asking me how the move went. This isn't the manager I'm expecting a call from, this is someone doing follow-up surveys. I explained the situation. Numerous apologies later, she stated she would have a manager call me ASAP. I do not get another call on Tuesday.

On Wednesday, I wait until lunch time. Still no call. So I call back the survey lady that called me. She's mortified that I still haven't gotten a call and said she would get someone to call me back immediately. 13 minutes later I get a call from a regional manager. He states he discussed the situation with an operations manager who wants to assess, get an estimate for repairs, all that. I told him I don't have time for this - I sold this house already, I'm in a rentback week, and I need to vacate by Friday. I tell him if he can't get clarity on a path forward in a day or two, I'll fix it myself and they can give me some money back. He acknowledges and says he'll get back to me.

It's now Friday, four days after the move, and I have yet to get a call back. I left a message for the regional manager this morning. I have since fixed the damage myself.

Stay far away from these guys, at least the Norristown office. Zero accountability or urgency from the office and management, zero integrity by the movers who did the damage.

**9/23/25 update - radio silence from these guys. They entirely ghosted me, stopped calling back, stopped answering my calls. No compensation, no accountability, no resolution.
