True Move Movers

I cannot recommend this moving company enough. They were absolutely incredible from beginning to end. Every person I interacted with was kind, respectful, and genuinely caring. I had a really rough experience with a previous set of movers, and this team stepped in and completely saved the situation. They were so understanding and accommodating throughout the entire process, which meant more than I can say. They arrived on time, communicated clearly, and handled all of my belongings with so much care. Nothing felt rushed or careless — they were professional, thoughtful, and clearly take pride in what they do. They were also incredibly sweet and respectful around my baby, which I appreciated so much during an already stressful move. That kindness really meant a lot to me Moving turned incredibly stressful, but they turned the whole experience into something smooth and manageable. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for movers they can trust. Thank you so much Gabe and Alex — you guys were amazing!!

Wow where do I even begin! Jason and his team came to our home and were incredibly polite, professional, and on top of everything from start to finish. They worked quickly while making sure everything ran smoothly. They truly made our move seamless and stress-free. I’ve used larger corporate moving companies before and was left unsatisfied, so choosing a small business this time was the best decision. The care and attention they put into their work really showed. If you’re looking for a reliable, professional moving company that genuinely cares, this is the team to call.

Jason’s team arrived early, moved quickly, efficiently and wrapped all of my furniture (most movers I’ve hired did not). They were all very professional and followed my instructions perfectly. Best movers I’ve had in all my 15 years of moving in the valley (and I have moved 7 times). I will definitely use them again. The owner showed up personally to ensure all went well and that I was satisfied. He made sure everything was set up correctly before they all left. First-class operation! Best part is they were affordable.

True Move Movers successfully completed what I can only describe as a sensitive high stakes diplomatic mission to extract a coffee table from my ex. They helped me with short notice, tricky building logistics, and circumstances that made picking it up myself… not an option. They were professional, flexible, communicative, and executed the move perfectly. The table arrived safely, and my faith in competent adults was restored. Would absolutely recommend and would happily hire them again... hopefully for something less dramatic next time! (The table had that crack in it...they delivered it perfectly but hopefully you see why it was worth the effort!)

I have to say, I’m truly impressed with the level of professionalism and care this team delivered. Like anyone preparing for a move, I was a bit nervous at first, but they came highly recommended—and now I understand why. There were no hidden fees, every item was packed with exceptional attention to detail, and the entire process was seamless. If the level of integrity and service they provide existed everywhere, the world would be a much easier place to navigate. Highly recommend!
