They arrived on time, communicated clearly, and handled all of my belongings with so much care. Nothing felt rushed or careless — they were professional, thoughtful, and clearly take pride in what they do.

They were also incredibly sweet and respectful around my baby, which I appreciated so much during an already stressful move. That kindness really meant a lot to me

Jason’s team arrived early, moved quickly, efficiently and wrapped all of my furniture (most movers I’ve hired did not). They were all very professional and followed my instructions perfectly. Best movers I’ve had in all my 15 years of moving in the valley (and I have moved 7 times). I will definitely use them again. The owner showed up personally to ensure all went well and that I was satisfied. He made sure everything was set up correctly before they all left. First-class operation! Best part is they were affordable.

True Move Movers successfully completed what I can only describe as a sensitive high stakes diplomatic mission to extract a coffee table from my ex. They helped me with short notice, tricky building logistics, and circumstances that made picking it up myself… not an option.

They were professional, flexible, communicative, and executed the move perfectly. The table arrived safely, and my faith in competent adults was restored. Would absolutely recommend and would happily hire them again... hopefully for something less dramatic next time! (The table had that crack in it...they delivered it perfectly but hopefully you see why it was worth the effort!)
