Two Men and a Truck Moving and Storage

Smooth and fast move! 4 guys and a truck came to move our family. They were super friendly and efficient. No complaints about the items they had to move or dealing with the steps leading into our house. (High side of the street in Brookline). They took great care of our items. Worked efficiently to finish the job over an hour- 2.5 hours faster than quoted. We previously moved with Don Farr and had a terrible experience. We highly recommend Two Men and A Truck and would definitely move with them again. From booking over the phone to the final walk, everything was easy, professional, and fast!!

We were so stressed about our move to our new home! We had never hired movers before and had SO MANY things and so many antique and breakable objects! We hired Two Men and a Truck and were completely BLOWN AWAY!! They were not only the sweetest most polite and kind and professional guys but they took such great care of us and all our priceless things! They took into consideration where we needed things, how they should be undone and put together and how things should be stored. They went above and beyond and I am already recommending them to friends and family. If you need to move? They are all you need! They will go over every detail! Multiple calls to make sure and they will roll with changes and accommodate too! Lyn was so sweet and explained everything to us and made it so easy as she answered every question we had and put us at ease and found a team that was perfect for us! We got a call a few days before from Andrew? I believe who checked to make sure of any last minute details we might need. Willie, our team lead, was absolutely a dream to work with! Professional, friendly, easy going yet organized and efficient! The guys on the team were wonderful too! Each one took such care to make sure they did what I needed and were not just careful, well organized and efficient but every single one of them were absolute sweethearts! I really appreciated that because I’m nervous around strangers and they were so friendly!! Speaking of efficiency, I was blown away but how quickly and carefully everything was done! They truly outdid themselves!!! If you have Willie, Will, Aaron, Derrick, Alek and Sean you will be in fantastic hands! Show the guys and this company some love! They are well worth it 100%!

I highly recommend this company! They helped us move an entire furniture set from a library. Everything was wrapped with care, the men were professional, polite, and easy to work with. Customer service and booking was stress-free and exceeded my expectations. Would gladly do business with again!

We had an excellent experience with Two Men and a Truck during our move for The Hear Foundation to our new office space. Jeremy, Theo, and Riley were absolutely outstanding, professional, efficient, and respectful from start to finish. They handled our furniture and equipment with care, worked quickly without rushing, and made what could have been a stressful day feel smooth and well-organized. Their teamwork and positive attitudes truly stood out. We’re very grateful for their hard work and would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck, especially this crew, to anyone looking for a reliable and professional moving experience.

I am writing on behalf of my elderly father. He hired their services a few months ago. On site the guys were great, respectful, nice and hard working. He received a call the night of the move stating they couldn't fit his kayak into his storage unit. A few days a later another crew called and asked where he wanted the kayak, I told them to put it in the backyard of my rental unit. When I arrived I realized it wasn't just the kayak (see photo, note I had already moved a lot of boxes etc) but a ton of extra items. This is where my frustration begins, the initial crew should have known his storage unit was too small, as it wasn't even close, and let him know ASAP to get a new unit. Secondly it was not made clear the amount of remaining items. I assumed it was just the kayak, so I told them to leave it in the yard, luckily I checked it out, as my father's record collection, hand made doll house etc were sitting in the rain. They charged $400 for moving these leftover items. Thirdly, my father called them to complain and request the refund for the $400, he never heard back from them. Lastly, we started moving a few things out if the storage unit, and so far found two ripped couch cushions and one broken TV. In response... What an aggressive response filled with so many falsehoods. To begin with the storage unit was 17' x 10', not 10'x 10', see attached photo. Secondly there was no conversation where my father said he would be right down, My dad is the kind of guy who gets to an appointment an hour early "Just to be safe" so I guarantee if he said he would be there, he would be there. Thirdly, my rental unit does not have a garage and as far we knew the only item in the truck was a kayak so leaving it in the backyard was no big deal. I used you guys for my move and was pleased, I also used Two Men and Junk Truck many times and recommended that service on multiple occasions. I am shocked and disappointed this is how you treat your customers, shame on you.
