Great moving crew, but beware of recommendations for other services from employees!!?I used The Moverz back in November for a very large move that required two trucks and six movers. Overall, the moving service itself was excellent. The crew was professional and took great care of our belongings, wrapping everything thoroughly to ensure nothing was damaged during the transition. If you are looking for a team that treats your furniture with respect, they did a solid job.?But I wanted to share a warning regarding outside recommendations. During the move, one of the workers recommended his uncle’s cleaning service (Belman Cleaning Service) for our move-out clean. I decided to give him a try, and unfortunately, it was a mistake. Not only did we get a shoddy cleaning, but more importantly, the cleaners left our kitchen windows open after they finished...and we didn't discover this until days later, and it resulted in a $220 gas bill (up from our usual $20) ??.?While I take responsibility for not doing my due diligence on a third party, I want to warn future customers: Stick to the moving services provided by The Moverz and be very wary of any outside referrals the individual workers might offer. Save yourself some money and frustration!
Good company, Serafin and his team were very respectful and fast, we had a bad experience in the past with a different moving company who damaged our dinning table, but The Movers were great and careful with our furniture. We definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good Moving company.
This was by far one of the best moves I've had yet! I have moved a lot in my life and this was the 3rd move in less than one year, so I definitely should know!! I also moved 15 times in 17 years before graduating from high school, so I've seen a lot of moves!! These guys were so professional from the very first time I contacted them. I contacted them 2 weeks from my move date, and they answered my text immediately. They asked a few specific questions to understand my needs and gave me a quote with a link to review their company and procedures. Only required a $50 deposit. Their pricing is better than the market!! They provide their own truck, used their own equipment, and 3 guys did the move. They were punctual (actually 10 minutes early), So polite and eager to help! I walked them through my apartment so they could figure out their game plan. They immediately had suggestions for helping make the move go quickly and smoothly. I had a lot of small things, and they used their own wardrobe boxes and filled them up to make moving a lot at once possible. I took the items out of their boxes while they were unloading the truck so they could have their boxes back. Anything that needed extra padding was either shrink-wrapped or blanketed and not one single thing was broken or scratched. These guys were so fun to work with, polite and had a sense of humor with such a willingness to help! Again, I have never had a move go this well ever!! The guys' names are: Serafin, Jay, and Fredi. Big, big, big shout out to this team!!!
I am a FOREVER customer! Sonny "The Movers" were fast, affordable, and professional! I called and the same day they were able to come out and make my move. SAME DAY SERVICE!! He wrapped my belongings in plastic and treated them with dignity. Also, fast and friendly. He disconnected my washer and dryer for me and ensured my couch was protected. He moved my thing down 3 flights of stairs and moved them all fast! When you need a moving specialist, you should seriously consider The Movers!!!!!
We've had two very successful moves with The Movers! Sonny and his crew did a fantastic job with both a residential and office move that included delicate taxidermy and antiques. A great company to work with! Very professional, excellent communication, efficient, and honest. We highly recommend them!
