We hired Two Men and a Truck Moving recently to assist us with moving my elderly father's things out of independent living and into storage. They made the entire process easy and stress-free at a time defined by nothing but stress. The crew that arrived to help was spectacular! Manny and Jordan were quick, worked efficiently as a team, and were courteous and respectful of my father's belongings. Many thanks to the entire team at Two Men and a Truck! We highly recommend!!
Let me say that I would give 5 stars except for something that happened afterwardsis causing me to give 3.Everything went great, The movers arrived at the site. I had them move a fridge from my workplace to my home. The two guys were super Duper nice. I showed them to the snack room as one of them was hungry. He said he would take some time off for that. Then I left head home. They left as well except for some reason their GPS was screwing up so they ended up at a different address but eventually made it to our house. So the guy said he would take off about 30 minutes. Which was super nice. They helped install our new fridge and took out our old fridge. We left a really nice tip on there for everything they did as again. They were great to work with. The next day I get a call from who I am assuming a manager. And he’s going over their coordinates via a GPS. So he’s saying that instead of 30 minutes taken off he’s only taken off 15 minutes. And that we still owed money. We think that was a pretty shitty thing to do. you don’t do that to a customer to ask for more money when they’ve already paid for a service. And due to this, we use the tip money towards what we owed. Which is a shame as we really wanted to tip the two movers as they were wonderful.
We had the absolute BEST experience with Two Men and a Truck! From scheduling the move from our townhome into a new house to the actual move date it was super smooth. Our movers Tyler and Jordan were amazing and got the move done quicker than expected. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck for anyone needed help loving. They are A++!!!
I had an excellent experience with Two Men and a Truck, thanks to Terrence and Adrian. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient throughout the entire process. From the moment they arrived, they handled everything with great care and made sure my belongings were moved safely and securely. What stood out the most was their positive attitude and teamwork—nothing seemed too big of a challenge for them. They worked quickly without cutting corners, and they went above and beyond to make the move as stress-free as possible.I highly recommend Terrence and Adrian to anyone needing reliable movers. They truly represent the best of what Two Men and a Truck has to offer!
This company deserves 0 starts but you have to add 1 star to add a review. The worst moving experience of my life! The movers arrived and walked around for 10 minutes just looking at the furniture and not moving a things. They sent three movers but only one worker was ever working the other two were on their phones or sitting in the stairwell outside my apartment door. I moved out of a 940sq foot apartment and moved into an apartment that is similar in size. The move took 12 HOURS… no not a mistake with typing 12 HOURS!!! The movers stopped to eat lunch. I have never witnessed such unprofessional and lazy individuals in my life. I don’t have a lot of furniture… the workers would start working and then disappear. I would walk outside to see what was happening and they were downstairs laying in the grass. It was a nightmare. When the mover’s finally left 12 HOURS later… I was hit with a bill of $1,600. Then the lazy movers called me to tell me I owed them $210 more. I called the manager to reject their ridiculous charge and tell him about my broken items. He was completely unapologetic. Kept defending the lazy workers who destroyed my property. Word of advice! If you want to choose a moving company this is not it! RUN away do not use this company unless you like broken furniture!
