All My Sons Moving & Storage

I asked if they could pack a large picture frame and a large mirror in specialty mirror boxes. They are important, so I wanted extra protection. They said yes, only wrap the picture with cardboard and tape. A mover brought a stack of boxes into my new space, two rows stacked 3 or 4 boxes high. Each box had red fragile stickers on the top on each side. He tipped them off the dolly and walked away leaving them swaying. I had to wrap my arms around the whole stack to keep them all from falling. Multiple pieces of furniture were scratched, some quite badly. Unfortunately, this included scratches to a corner shelf I inherited from my grandmother and deep scratches on a dresser that belonged to my grandfather. These are special items that can't be replaced.
