Need to keep in contact with your customers and provide them with the right information then it would be worth a five star otherwise its coming along. Safe to store your stuff and no issue. Very safe place to store your belongings
How they operate now is shady. They let you move your stuff in without you signing anything. Now they don’t even email me anymore, just send a text asking for payment even though I had automatic withdrawal setup. They don’t answer the phone at their old number listed on last month’s bill/receipt.
Jeffrey’s customer service is second to none. I called the day I pulled up with a trailer full of stuff and he got me a perfect, clean unit in a couple minutes. Everything worked; access times are great & it was a great experience. I’d definitely rent a unit again if I needed one.
