Friendly and efficient
If i could give 0 starts i would. Had someone coming to the terminal to pick up a quad. Turns out every door was locked, no one was there to help him out. Called prior to pick up to notify the customer service team that someone was coming. this overall process just sucks. very unethical.
I dont know if the staff is over worked or what but the experience that I had was near the worst of any I have had ever. Communication was extremely poor. Building signage was laughable. I would be glad to elaborate if anyone would like to know ??
Staff was friendly and approachable. Would recommend to others.
Had 10 dozen beer bottles to deliver to their depot for glass beer bottles. Attendent had a customer & when he left he directed me up ramp looked after me well. Very good service even on a low profit transaction.
