We have never rented a storage unit before. We had called other businesses renting units, never got to speak to nobody. Just leave a message. When I called your company I spoke with Ember, she was very pleasant and knowledgeable. What we liked was there is an office with someone there to speak with. Crystal and Ember were so nice to deal with, l would recommend your business. The security of the yard, coded gate, security cameras, clean units, staff on site, hours of operation , sold us. Would be nice to see to see package deals for multiple months of rent.

We contacted this place, and as I stated to my Mom, I have been in the hospitality/customer service industry for 24 years, and our experience with Crystal was one of the best! She was excellent to deal with, very knowledgeable and most importantly very helpful! When we arrived, the unit was spotless and ready for us! Job well done, and special thanks to employee Crystal, she made our experience a great one! And unforntunately in today’s society, u don’t get that kind of service much! Highly Reccomend this place to anyone looking for storage!
