We have moved with Gentle Giant twice in one year. Both slightly complicated moves that were stressful. They were incredibly professional, organized, and timely. The team was so thoughtful and seemed to care about how we, as the moving family, were doing. NOTHING was broken, which is the first time that has ever happened to us with a move. They even had good insight into furniture placement in our new place! They truly seemed like they cared for the client and their spaces. I would never move with any other company. Worth the price (though not much pricier than other companies when we compared, and the thoughtfulness and ease of the move is priceless).
This was the best experience I have ever had with a merchant, vendor, or service provider. The three-man crew arrived promptly, had my entire house on the truck in less than three hours, were done in four hours, and came in UNDER the initial estimate by $1k. The crew was friendly, respectful, efficient, and courteous. The quality of their work was clear, and when I offered positive feedback, they deferred: "They train us really well" is all the credit the crew would take. I have used Gentle Giant twice, and I highly recommend them. Hopefully, the next time I move there will be one box with six dudes carrying it, but if that's not the case, I will reach out to Gentle Giant again.

Gentle Giant was awesome to deal with. I moved from Warwick to Cranston with a short period of using their storage in between. They kept in constant contact through phone/email up to the date of the move. On moving day the guys showed up on time and were very careful with all my items. The movers were respectful and efficient and priced affordably compared to other quotes I got. I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to any friends or family in the area who are moving.
