Shout out to Kimberly - My recent interaction with U Haul was outstanding. The new phone answering protocols are an improvement, and your team were great to deal with on my hitch and trailer needs, but one person stood out above the crowd. My first interaction with Kimberly was for her to inform me the U-Haul hitch that was ordered for my vehicle was not going to fit. Your hitch installer looked at the hitch before my vehicle came in and determined it was not the correct hitch, disappointing, but I was happy to get the heads up before my appointment. After some back and forth, I sourced and ordered a hitch and wiring package on Amazon and your team completed the installation. Again, good communication from Kimberly during the process. On Saturday April 11th, I bought a hitch from your floor staff (not properly trained as they provided a hitch that was too low) and picked up my 12’ Cargo Trailer. Once loaded in the afternoon and parked on flat ground, I felt it looked like the front of the trailer was too low and confirmed with a friend in the business who agreed. I arrived back at your shop at 4:50 pm 10 minutes before closing chatted with Kimberly, looked at the tailer and she agreed there was no way I should drive to Canada with the hitch so low and proceeded to fit me with correct hitch on the loaded trailer without even a hint of exasperation other than confirming the morning staff ought to have known better. I dealt with Kimberly through 2 problems that were handled exceptionally well, I am totally impressed by her exceptional service.
