I cannot recommend this U-Haul location on Pecos and Power enough, and a huge part of that is because of Theo. He is the absolute best!
When I realized I didn't have an adapter for the trailer's lights, he didn't try to force me to buy a brand new one—instead, he was kind enough to let me borrow one. You know how people always talk about how great customer service used to be back in the day, where the customer is genuinely taken care of? Theo strives for that exact kind of customer service.
His attitude and helpfulness made my moving experience so easy and stress-free. If you need a rental, go see Theo at the Pecos and Power location. Outstanding customer service all around!

I was initially going to the home depot down the road for a quick rental vehicle for large appliances, stopped here for a quick price comparison, turns out the associate Matthew, was fantastic at hooking us up with a vehicle/trailer for a great price. Quick setup, and zero hassle. The place is clean and speedy. And on a holiday and a weekend? Great stuff, come check out the uhaul! Ask for matt!
