We had such an amazing experience with Mass Bay Movers/Restoration Movers! Dan was so easy to work with and answered all the questions I had. He said the crew would arrive between 8-9am and they arrived at 8am on the dot.The crew worked so efficiently and wrapped everything with care. They even wrapped up my cat’s VERY well-loved cat tree! They had to go up three flights with no elevator and moved us to a very unique location with outside steps and up to a second floor. They laid down mats and put little cushion things on all of our furniture as to not scratch the hardwood.I cannot say enough good things about this company! They were priced so fairly and really showed so much care for what they do!As long as I live in Massachusetts, I will always use Mass Bay Movers for any future moves!

A Truly Exceptional Moving Experience – Restoration Movers Earned Every StarWe recently used Restoration Movers for our move, and I cannot say enough good things about the entire experience. From the first conversation with Dan, our sales rep, we knew we were in good hands. He walked through our home with us via video call to provide an estimate and took the time to understand our situation—specifically that we needed to store our entire house for two nights between selling our home and closing on the new one.Dan told us they could safely store our belongings in their Wrentham warehouse, and even offered to do it at no charge. I’m sure this isn’t something they can always offer, especially at busier times of the year, but it was absolutely a deciding factor for us. Knowing everything would be stored securely and locally gave us enormous peace of mind. Leading up to the move, we received clear communication and helpful notes to prep, which made everything easier.On moving day, we got text updates with their exact arrival time, and then Pedro and his team of three movers showed up and absolutely blew us away. They were nonstop—truly like a machine. We had most items packed and labeled, and they moved everything out with incredible efficiency. Furniture was disassembled where appropriate, carefully wrapped and taped, and TVs, monitors, and lamps were individually packed. Even outdoor and garage items like lawn mowers, snow blowers, and bikes were expertly arranged in the truck. Anything we hadn’t gotten to packing was handled immediately with boxes they provided.We had a 5.5-hour estimate for the move-out… and they finished in 4 hours.Move-in day was just as impressive. More text updates, perfect timing, and the trucks were skillfully positioned on our small, somewhat busy street. Once again, the team worked like a well-oiled machine, moving everything to the correct rooms. We were unsure about the layout of a bed in one smaller room, and they happily rearranged it three different times until we were satisfied. Any time I tried to grab something to help, they insisted on handling it themselves.They also navigated our tricky basement access without any issue, and all furniture was reassembled exactly where it belonged. We kept discovering items they had packed that somehow ended up in precisely the right spots. Even the garage was organized exactly as requested.Unloading hit their minimum time at just 3 hours, which made the value even better. The crew worked hard the entire time, and we made sure to tip everyone—they truly earned every penny.I can’t recommend Restoration Movers enough.They were, without question, the easiest and best part of our entire move.
This was a three-part move over six months and across states. From the initial call to the follow up after the last drop off, Mass Bay Movers was on time, under price estimate, meticulous in both packing and unpacking, courteous, and went above and beyond to quell any concerns. Dan was fantastic in continual outreach. Each team (there were three) was professional and efficient. I wish I could remember each name to thank them individually. Seamless, courteous, punctual, efficient. This company is exceptional!
The service from this company was excellent. Moving is not easy and there are lots of variables and these guys were prepared for everything. I was able to get 3 different quotes for 3 different scenarios. The pricing was very reasonable. My belongings were cared for. Questions were asked consistently throughout the move to ensure things went where they belonged. They went above and beyond with extras. I couldn't be happier. I bought them lunch and tipped them. 5 stars to Alejandro the supervisor was smart, respectful and thorough; Manuel, Willian, and Eliober were great ! Take care of those that provide good service, its hard to come by sometimes.
After having water damage on my first floor Mass Bay Movers packed me up while repairs were made and then helped me put my home back in order after. They took extensive care to securely wrap every piece of furniture and any fragile items. Pedro, Gustavo and Nelson were an amazing team. Highly recommended.
